A 25,000-bushel wooden grain elevator at Whitemouth, on the CPR Keewatin Subdivision in the Rural Municipality of Whitemouth, was enlarged in 1964 with a 34,000-bushel annex made from an elevator moved here from Elma. Despite local opposition, the elevator was closed on 31 July 1979. It is no longer present at the site.
