Historic Sites of Manitoba: West Hawk Conservation Office Building (West Hawk Lake, Whiteshell Provincial Park)

This log building at West Hawk Lake in Whiteshell Provincial Park was built in the late 1950s, during a period of aggressive park development that occurred with the formalization of the provincial park system. It accommodated the district office for the provincial government.
