Historic Sites of Manitoba: Wekusko Falls Suspension Bridges (Grass River, Northern Manitoba)

Two wooden suspension bridges over the Grass River before its entry into Wekusko Lake were constructed in 1965 by the 21st Field Squadron of Royal Canadian Engineers, based in Flin Flon, with assistance of military support units using materials donated by the Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Company. They were refurbished by the the Flin Flon Engineer Squadron in 1991.
