Built in 1901 along Carberry’s Main Street, the two-storey brick structure of the Water Block has, over the years, housed a variety of occupants, including farm implement and car dealers, a Macleods hardware store, clubs, and residential tenants. It is a municipally designated historic site as of 2007.
