This two-storey brick block on Broadway Avenue in Killarney, built in 1890 by real estate developer Henry A. Wallis (1844-?), has retail space on the ground floor and offices on the second storey. A bakeshop was installed at the rear of the building, and several bakeries or grocery stores have operated here.
