Historic Sites of Manitoba: St. Peter’s Anglican Church (Balmoral, RM of Rockwood)

This former church building in Balmoral, in the Rural Municipality of Rockwood, was opened officially on 19 June 1955 on land donated by Mr. S. Holloway. Among its rectors through the years were G. T. Spriggs, F. W. Goodeve, J. Anderson, G. Foy, E. J. Hoad, M. Hardman, Gordon Walker, H. K. Hutson, D. D. Stewart, John Martinson, Tony Harwood Jones, L. C. Fryer, and John Caird. It closed sometime after 2008.
