This church in the Rural Municipality of Coldwell was known originally as Grunnavatns Lutheran Church. Restored in 1995, it was renamed Stony Hill - Otto Lutheran Church to reflect the communities of Stony Hill and Otto that it serves. Restoration of the church was done as part of the Manitoba Prairie Churches Project. It is a municipally-designated heritage building as of 1991.
