This Ukrainian Catholic church on Assiniboine Avenue in Brandon was built in 1941 to replace an earlier structure from 1903-1905. On the ceiling of the sanctuary is a painted representation of the crowning of the Mother of God, which is one of the first works executed in Canada by artist-sculptor Leo Mol.
