Historic Sites of Manitoba: St. Georges Roman Catholic Church (St. Georges, RM of Alexander)

A monument in St. Georges in the Rural Municipality of Alexander relates the history of the St. Georges Roman Catholic Parish. Formally established in 1903, the first church at this site was constructed in 1909. Destroyed by fire in 1929, it was replaced by the present structure.
