This wooden church in Shellmouth in the Rural Municipality of Riding Mountain West, a municipally-designated historic site (2000), opened in June 1905. Formerly a Presbyterian Church, it became a United Church following unification in 1925.
Among the clerics who served at Shellmouth United was Walter G. Crane.
