Historic Sites of Manitoba: Porter House (586 Stephen Street, Morden)

This fieldstone residence on Stephen Street in Morden is believed to have been built in 1895 for Alice Beatrice Dingle (1870-1956) and her fruit and confectionary merchant husband Duncan Daniel Stewart. A later occupant was grain merchant Benjamin Porter (?-?).
