This wood frame structure in Poplar Point, in the Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie, was built in 1892 as a Presbyterian church. It became a United Church in 1925. The church closed in 2004 and the building was converted into a private residence.
Among the clerics of Poplar Point Presbyterian Church was Andrew Moffat (c1911).
