The Pine Bluff School District was organized formally in December 1914 and a one-room schoolhouse operated at the northeast corner of NW29-17-16W in the Rural Municipality of Rosedale. The district was dissolved in 1966 and its catchment area became part of the Beautiful Plains School Division.
