Historic Sites of Manitoba: Park View Apartments (1330 Princess Avenue, Brandon)

This three-storey brick and stone building on Princess Avenue in Brandon was designed by local architect Thomas Sinclair and constructed in 1912 by builder Edwin Charles Higgens. It contained 26 apartments in its original configuration.
