Historic Sites of Manitoba: Manitoba Pool Grain Elevator (Oak Lake, RM of Sifton)

A wooden grain elevator in Oak Lake, on the CPR Broadview Subdivision in the Rural Municipality of Sifton, was constructed in 1928 by Manitoba Pool Elevators. Closed in 1988, it was used for private grain storage for a time. The office and driveshed were still standing as of 2014. Only the concrete foundations were left as of 2016.
