The Nelson Hotel in Carberry, built in 1909, was set on a strategic corner site across from the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks—and formerly to the railway’s station, which has since been demolished. Its exterior has been extensively modified from the original, with stucco covering most of the walls. The building is a municipally designated heritage site (2007).
