Historic Sites of Manitoba: Paterson Grain Elevator (Lena, Municipality of Killarney-Turtle Mountain)

Purchased by Paterson Grain from the Young Grain Company in 1922, a 30,000-bushel wooden elevator operated at this site at Lena, on the CNR Wakopa Subdivision in the Rural Municipality of Turtle Mountain. Closed when the railway line was abandoned in 1961, it was sold to private interests in 1967 and later demolished.
