This monument to the centenary of the Rural Municipality of Lansdowne (1884-1984) is in the village of Arden. The crocuses in front of it were built by Dennis Gagnon and Leonard Paramor. They also built the giant crocuses on the south side of the village and the Red River cart which stands on the Carleton Trail north of the village.
