Historic Sites of Manitoba: Isabella Museum (Isabella, Municipality of Prairie View)

This museum is situated in the now largely vacant village of Isabella, in the Municipality of Prairie View. It comprises several buildings from the early 20th century, including the Owds House, Iverach House, Heise House, and barn. The Heise House was donated to the museum by Art and Marg Heise, and moved to the site on 14 November 1989. The land was donated by Roberta Young and D’Arcy Harmacy. A bell near the buildings was dedicated in 2005 in memory of Archie and Mae Stewart, and for the Isabella School.
