This Ukrainian Catholic church at Dennis Lake in the Rural Municipality of Armstrong was built in 1915 by local craftsmen Ivan Harasymchuk and Semen Masyk. In 1999, it became a municipally-designated historic site. An associated cemetery lies across the road to the north of the churchyard.
