This monument in Greenway, in the Rural Municipality of Argyle, commemorates pioneers of the local area, many of whom are listed on it. Named for early Manitoba politician Thomas Greenway, the village was established in 1890 with the arrival in the area of the Canadian Northern Railway. The monument marks the centre of the now-largely-abandoned village.
