Historic Sites of Manitoba: Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church (19 Pine Avenue, Garson, RM of Brokenhead)

This Roman Catholic church at Garson, in the Rural Municipality of Brokenhead, was built between 1942 and 1944. On the grounds is a monument containing the bell from the former St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church at Tyndall, which has been demolished. An affiliated cemetery is located about a mile south of town.
