This concrete barrel-arch bridge on an abandoned portion of Provincial Trunk Highway #10, across the South Garland Creek in the Municipality of Ethelbert, south of Garland, was built in 1919 by the construction firm of Fowler and Young at a cost of $6,042. The year of construction is moulded into the upright concrete posts of its badly deteriorated railings.
