Built in 1929, this modest but nearly original cottage on North Lake Street in Gimli has a high level of physical integrity: windows and doors are original, the exterior is entirely original, and the site still boasts its original shed and back house. It was owned at one time by Alan Bardal Finnbogason, an Eaton’s store manager, but he was not the original owner.
