This cemetery is situated in the Municipality of Rhineland. It is believed that two Mennonite denominations share the cemetery, with burials from an EMMC church on the east side. A church was built at the site in the early 1940s and was used until 1970 when the building was sold to an EMMC congregation northwest of Elm Creek.
