A wooden grain elevator at Durban, on the CNR Preeceville Subdivision in what is now the Municipality of Swan Valley West, was built in 1966 by Manitoba Pool Elevators to replace an older elevator at the site. The elevator was destroyed by lightning on 15 June 1995 but was not replaced.
