The Crescent Bay School District was organized formally in May 1935 and a one-room schoolhouse operated at NE9-16-11E within the Rural Municipality of Lac du Bonnet. In 1955, the district borrowed $3,000 to purchase a wooden frame cottage and renovate it into a new schoolhouse. In January 1962, the district was dissolved into the Lac du Bonnet Consolidated School District No. 2394, which thereafter became part of the Agassiz School Division.

St. Pierre (Fall 1945 - Spring 1946, & Spring 1947), M. Longthorne (Fall 1946), Mrs. A. St. Pierre (Fall 1947 - Spring 1948), Miss M. Robertson (Fall 1948 - Spring 1949), Marie Pereau? [Pereen?] (Fall 1949 - Spring 1950), Ms. M. Telagues? (Fall 1950 - Spring 1951), Therese Marchand (Spring 1952), Jerry Hamel (Fall 1952 - Spring 1953), Irene Edith Bauman (Fall 1953 - Spring 1954), Mrs. N. Campbell (Fall 1954 - Spring 1955), Mariette Claire “Marie” Prefontaine (Fall 1955 - Spring 1956), Olive Ellen Trask (Fall 1956 - Spring 1959), and Mildred Bell (Fall 1959 - Spring 1961).
