This former Methodist church on Second Street in Baldur in the Rural Municipality of Argyle, constructed of amber bricks in 1904 and dedicated on 14 October 1904, became a United Church in 1925 following the unification of its congregation with that of a Presbyterian church. Between 1930 and 1931, the former Presbyterian church built in 1900 was removed and its datestone was inserted into an exterior wall that remains visible today. The church is a municipally-designated historic building (1996).
