This two-storey wood frame structure at Lowe Farm in the Rural Municipality of Morris was originally one floor when it was built in 1899 for use as a schoolhouse. Purchased in 1913 as a residence by Charles E. Anderson, the building was moved farther back on the lot, set on a foundation, and a second floor was added. Through the years, it has accommodated several families.
