Educator, municipal official.
She taught at Tuxedo Park School (1965-1967) then, in 1979, she completed an MA degree in Political Studies at the University of Manitoba. She was the last Executive Director of the Manitoba Association of Urban Municipalities, from 1980 to 1998. She ran as a Liberal candidate in the Tuxedo constituency in the 2000 provincial general election but was defeated by Heather Stefanson.
