Stephen Joseph Grandpre

Historian.
He is a PhD candidate in History at the University of Western Ontario. His dissertation examines policing in Winnipeg in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He currently lives in Winnipeg with his wife Carissa and three black cats.
