MLA (1973-1977), MLA (1977-1981), MLA (1981-1986).

Born on 10 January 1945, in the 1973 provincial general election he was elected as a Progressive Conservative to the Legislative Assembly representing the La Verendrye constituency. He was re-elected in 1977 and 1981. He served as Minister of Industry and Commerce (1977-1978), Minister of Tourism, Recreation and Cultural Affairs (1977-1978), Minister of Fitness, Recreation and Sport (1978-1981), and Minister of Co-operative Development (1978-1981). He was not a candidate in the 1986 general election.
