The Grange Stationery Company was incorporated via Letters Patent under The Companies Act on 28 September 1922 and initially held a capital stock value of $5,000. The founding signatories were Winnipeg residents William Grange (stationer), Una Oddson (accountant), Clara Pall (stenographer), Marino De Lucia (articling student-at-law), and Mary Grange, with W. Grange, Oddson, and Pall serving as its first directors. In June 1928, its capital stock was increased to $25,000. The business operated out of 173 McDermot Avenue and 269 James Street.
