Another year of Local Tourism - The COVID19 Year The COVID-19 thing began in Manitoba about Mid-March and we decided from the start to follow guidelines. Harvey School Site Harrison Brodge From Hall's Bridge Assiniboine School Oct. 6: A Trip North of Brandon We went through the Little Saskatchewan River valley, north of Newdale, then on to the Ozerna area, followed by the Rackham district where we hiked a bit of the Great Trail. We drove through Clanwilliam and Bethany, then stopped to check out an old rail bridge at an abandonned siding called Orrville, near Franklin, before heading home. Also on the Great Trail On an earlier vsite I had discovered the foundations for a railway water tower. Oct. 4: Bunclody and the Riverside Park Trail Souris River, Bunclody The Criddle site is a great place for a picnic and an easy hike.
