If there was a
demand, railway companies would build a siding between villages. Louise
was one such siding, between Neelin and Holmfield. Note the sharp turn
westward after the rail line crosses the valley at Neelin. They avoided
the steep grade with a gradual climb up out of the valley, then turned
south towards Holmfield.

Louise Siding is not on this map showing elevators in1911. Chances are
it remained just a siding with no other services.
