Stage 1 (Now Completed) The first step in the creation of a Downtown Heritage District was the completion of an inventory of the buildings within the proposed boundaries of the district. That inventory included research into origins, builders and owners, as well a information about materials, and renovations. Following the completion of the inventory. Heritage Value Statements were created for each building.
