Some time in 2013 I (Ken Storie) got a call from G.W. Hannay, whom I'd played with in the Elastic Band back in 1970. His band, the Bad Land Bandits needed a guitar player. At that time I was staying away from band committments because we intended to move back to Gimli.  I agreed to join as long as we all understood that it might not be for long.
The band evolved in to Crossfyre. I retired at the beginning of 2025 and Doug Williamson took over on guitar.
