Lawyer, MLA (1995-1999).
Born at Winnipeg on 16 December 1944, one of two sons of Leslie Carrington Radcliffe (1901-1971) and Edith Isobel “Betty” Bole (1908-1971), he received BA and Law degrees from the University of Manitoba. From 1970 to 1996, he practiced law with the firm of Baker Radcliffe Murray and Kovnats. After being defeated in the 1993 federal general election, he was elected to the Manitoba Legislative Assembly at the 1995 general election. He served as Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs (1997-1999) and Minister of Labour (1999). He was defeated at the 1999 and 2003 provincial general elections.
