Anthony Plunkett

Historian.
He was born in Kingston upon Hull, England in 1939 and attended the Hull Grammar School. He is a retired civil servant, married with two sons. He is a grandson of Sidney Plunkett, featured in the article below, and Harry Plunkett is his great grand uncle.
