Historian.

Keith Foster earned a Master’s degree in history from the University of Regina in 1978. His articles have been published in Canada’s History, Saskatchewan History, Folklore, Western People, Prairie TaleWinds, and Early Canadian Life. In his spare time, Keith writes one-act plays.
