Economist, historian.
Paul’s research interests are mainly focused on incorporating antiquarian maps to inform our understanding of Canada’s history. He has previously published research on the pattern of urban settlements using antiquarian maps of Canadian cities. He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and Queen’s University and was the former Assistant Chief Economist of the Royal Bank of Canada.
