Civil servant, MLA (1981-1986).
Born on 25 June 1946, he was Deputy Clerk for the Manitoba Legislative Assembly (1973-1979) before being elected to it at the 1981 general election. He served as Minister of Municipal Affairs (1983-1986) and Government House Leader (1983-1986). He was defeated in the 1986 general election.
