This seal, coloured gold, two and three quarters inches in diameter, bearing the impression of Manitoba's Coat-of-Arms is encircled by the words "The Great Seal of the Province of Manitoba." It is used on formal documents such as those for appointments, elections, proclamations, and other Government business.
