Manitoba Organization: Whiteshell School District No. 2408

The Whiteshell School District was established formally in April 1962 as a Special Revenue school district of the Manitoba Department of Education. Its catchment area included Sections within of Township 14 Range 10 East, Township 14 Range 11 East, Township 13 Range 12 East, and Township 14 Range 12 East, within the Whiteshell Provincial Park and the Local Government District of Pinawa. The first Official Trustee was Cecil Gordon Kirby (1962-?).
