The Pakistan-Canada Cultural Equation of Manitoba, The Royal Commonwealth Society, and the Manitoba Historical Society request the pleasure of your company to commemorate Pakistan’s 63rd Republic Day. You are cordially to lunch and a public lecture on the life of Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan, the First Prime Minister of the Dominion of Pakistan (1947-1951), and one of the key founding fathers of Pakistan. Lecture to be delivered by Professor Dr. Emma C. Alexander of the Department of History, University of Winnipeg.
