A one-day workshop will be offered by the Manitoba Historical Society, in collaboration with Friesens History Books and Brandon University, to help people and groups who are preparing books on the history of their communities, organizations, and families.
With presentations and demonstrations by historians, archivists, and publishing professionals, this workshop will be helpful no matter what stage you are at.
Workshop contents:
Registration will begin at 8:30 AM, with the workshop running from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Fee: $25 per person, including handouts and lunch
Deadline for registration: 1 August 2006
