Historic Sites of Manitoba: Taylor House (480 Powers Street, Winnipeg)

This highly ornamented, one-storey wood frame residence on Powers Street in Winnipeg was built in 1913 by William Lang. A long-time occupant was streetcar conductor and driver William J. Taylor from around 1925 into the 1950s. His wife Myrtle M. Taylor continued to live here after his death around 1960.
