Historic Sites of Manitoba: Anderson House (38 Balmoral Street, Winnipeg)

This two-storey brick house on Balmoral Street in Winnipeg was designed by architect Robert Gilmore Hanford and built in 1912 by contractor James Winterbottom for dentist David A. Anderson who lived in it until 1929. At that time, it was sold to Martha W. and Gertrude M. Hutchison who occupied it for five years.
