Educator.

He is Professor of Marketing Law and Faculty Scholar at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. His research and teaching interests include legal issues related to the practice of marketing including advertising and branding law, product design and safety regulation, intellectual property strategy, antitrust, and innovation. He has published in both law and marketing journals and wrote The Impact of Advertising Law on Business and Public Policy (Quorum Books, 1992). Before joining academia, he practiced consumer protection and antitrust law with the US Federal Trade Commission. He also is an avid family historian and occasionally publishes historical articles related to his ancestry. He is a great-grandson of Francis Beverley Robertson.
