Educator.

Son of Thomas Hatton “Hat” Metcalfe (1907-1991) and Mary Ross (1910-1988), he is a former history teacher and Superintendent of the Interlake School Division. He has served as the national Vice President of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America and was co-founder of the Antique Motorcycle Club of Manitoba. He has served on the Council of the Manitoba Historical Society.
